It was since April 2016 that I was away from here. A long time.
Like a pause of meditation when you’re in a complicated relationship. It was the same for me because I like the new technology that connect everyone everywhere but in the same time I’m so scared about privacy and identity’s thief and other same things.
It’s why I “broke up” with my blog… but when you love something it’s impossible to stay away for so long…I like to write about my day, mi ideas, my discoveries.
And I’m back!!! In the most precious time of the year: the beginning of the year, a fresh start to design in a realistic way my plans, my desires…me.
Because this is my home and after a long journey I came back, renovated, more mature and aware about me, my life, my future!
I noticed that no one have visited my blog…probably because there is nothing new or interesting but it’s ok because a didn’t write to be popular or famous but just for me, to re-order my thoughts and gave some useful tips to the people that accidentally came here.
And the same spirit is moving me to restart writing. One of my new year’s resolutions it’s to write more constantly here and share more things…I’ll hope to find the right time to do that and don’t be rough and hasty.

If you want to succeed, you need to set goals. Without goals you lack focus and direction. Goal setting not only allows you to take control of your life’s direction; it also provides you a benchmark for determining whether you are actually succeeding. Goals should be SMART – specific, measurable, agreed upon, realistic and time-based.
Goal setting is a process that starts with careful consideration of what you want to achieve, and ends with a lot of hard work to actually do it. In between there are some very well defined steps that transcend the specifics of each goal. Knowing these steps will allow you to formulate goals that you can accomplish.

But there are also important to have CLEAR goal: you will consider roles your colleagues and superiors play in accomplishing your goals, as well as other important goal-setting principles like the depth and scope of a goal, and whether it needs to be broken down into smaller, more achievable goals. CLEAR stands for:
Collaborative (Goals should encourage employees to work together collaboratively and in teams)
Limited (Goals should be limited in both scope and duration)

…a little bit faster and a lot less stressful…. How???
I’m normally a morning person and in those past years I adopted fe tricks to do more in less time.
First be prepared: cutting down on your morning routine means starting ahead.Having little things done before you even wake up is a great way to save time. It will also save you some anxiety when you need to be at work in five, but cannot seem to find those matching shoes. You can even go so far as to plan out your morning as well, such as listing out what you need to get done for work.
Second do some activity: get up early (like 6:00 am), get ready for sport , get out of bed and hop around, prepare yourself for a beautiful new day. Usually I go to the swimming pool three day par week (45 min) and run in the other three (just few k..like 7 or 10).
Third take your time: even if you are on a tight schedule, always try to get aside a little time for yourself in the morning. A little peace and quiet over your coffee can be a calming and meditative experience that will set your mind in the right direction.
Fourth set a goal: what do you want to accomplish today? Write it down on a sticky-note and attach it to the bathroom mirror or refrigerator for motivation if you need to. Once you reach it, you will feel confident and glad that you got something accomplished, or at least out of the way.
Fifth have an healthy breakfast: usually I’ve some fruits with soy yogurt, or a bowl with cereal and oat’s milk… try some green smoothie and avoid refined sugar and processed food. You need to get energizer and for that you body need the right fuel!
With a little organization and a lot of discipline, getting eight hours of shut-eye is possible. Create a peaceful environment free from distractions, and try to keep that cellphone out of reach. This is another part of the day that is all about you, so make it count.
Starting your day off right does not have to be difficult. In fact, it should be fun. It is like a new page in a book that is ready to be filled in with your wonderful experiences! You will find that once you find your own routine, you will feel more confident, more energized, and the day will run just a little bit smoother.
A New Year’s resolution is a tradition, most common in the Western Hemisphere but also found in the Eastern Hemisphere, in which a person makes a promise to do an act of self-improvement or something slightly nice, such as opening doors for people beginning from New Year’s Day…
I was little bit late to post about that but I want to reassure you: I wrote down my resolution in time on my 2016 planner (look this photo).
But I felt that I’ve missed something and that’s it: an article open my mind ” Earlier this week, Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, posted a few new year’s resolutions on Facebook . His physical goal for 2016? To run one mile a day for 365 days. Props to Zuckerberg for bringing awareness to health and fitness, but he’s not the first one to come up with the idea”
Yes, of course…I set a few realistic goals but I didn’t really insert an hard one…and we decided (yes my and my soulmate) to set this goal: to do everyday ten push-up. It’s realistic because we’re in shape, we’re healthy but it’s difficult because we live blended in a society that ask you constantly to do more and more and more, giving up what that really matter to you to do something else.
Now it’s the time to reclaim our time and do things that we love…and that we’re inspired to do.

I don’t believe in dressing simple ideas in frilly costumes to appease conventions. I enjoy what I do. Interesting !

And last but no least an article from The New York Times titled ‘Design Thinking’ for a Better You: Bernard Roth, a prominent Stanford engineering professor, says that design thinking can help everyone form the kind of lifelong habits that solve problems, achieve goals and help make our lives better. “Design thinking on the highest level is a way of reframing the way you look at the world and deal with issues, and the main thing is this idea of empathy,” Dr. Roth says. “If you have tried something and it hasn’t worked, then you’re working on the wrong problem.”

Few days before the new year I received an email that began like this:

And that’s it…I started talking about my yogi’s class with my soulmate, expressing the desire to restart lessons and seminars and all the stuff..and this article game me another sign that I was doing the right decision no matter what!
I restarted my yoga’s class on 5 January and it was amazing..There’re new members and old friends and my teacher Valery open her arms and gave me a immense hug saying you’re always welcome yogi sunrise (my yogi name). An indelible memory..like I was breathing the magic air of yoga for the first time!
