How nice it’s this season?!Everything around us change color and it’s time to moving on and change things…and I’m doing exactly a really big change: my boyfriend it’s moving to our house 🙂
What best occasion to try something new in my vegan raw diet?! Time is perfect!
Firstly we change the way to do breakfast in the week end: we choose to do everything slowly and tasting every bite of food.
For an happy coincidence I received my monthly vegan cuts box and we had the chance to try Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter
We spread the butter in a slice of organic bread with banana and some berries on the side. We choose to different kind of bread: white flour for him, whole grain for me.. and this is the result
For lunch we choose to eat Earth Balance Mac and Cheese: Oh my Gosh Cheesy flavored deliciousness never tasted so good, even without dairy. That’s right, nothing but melt-in-your-mouth amazing taste that will keep you coming back for more. With one bite, you’ll see.

On the side we had a very big salad with green leaves, carrots, cucumber mushroom, mixed seeds, organic olive oil and vinegar…
Food, in the end, in our own tradition, is something holy.
