Cherries and..Roots!

rootsYesterday I received #VeganCuts Box and I found this product: Deeply Rooted. A little pack of nutritional supplements that offer the freshest fruit and vegetable superfoods in an easy-to-mix powder form: I LOVE IT! The fruits, especially tart cherries are exceptionally rich in health promoting flavonoid poly phenolic anti-oxidants such as lutein, zea-xanthin and beta carotene.
